A report can describe a problem clearly and still leave the client with the same problem on Monday morning. The value comes from turning the evidence into decisions, actions and working controls.
My approach has developed through more than 20 years across workshops, fleets, engineering functions and maintenance networks. I can complete the review, help implement what is agreed, monitor whether it is working and support the team as ownership transfers into the business.
Establish what is really happening
I start with the operation, the people and the evidence. I follow how work moves, test reports against live activity and separate immediate symptoms from the controls that need strengthening.

Agree the outcome and ownership
Recommendations need an owner, a reason and a clear outcome. I work with the client to decide what must be stabilised first, what should be standardised and what can be developed over time.

Implementation happens alongside the live business. That may include workload control, management routines, roles, quality checks, supplier actions, records or a better supporting system.

Monitor the result
A completed action is not the same as an improved result. I check whether the control is being used, whether it is changing performance and whether a different action is needed.
